Topography and Tree Location

Topographical surveys are an accurate representation of the area of interest showing all natural and manmade features and their elevations. The amount of detail included in a topographical survey depends on your requirements. Typically, the land survey will include the existing structures, boundary details, contours, spot elevations, tree positions, drainage details and observable utilities.  Additional details can be included such as the features adjacent to the site or underground services. Survey drawings can be delivered as CADD files and as scaled paper plans.

A quote can be sought by contacting us with the details of your site. This is information such as the site address, a legal description or an appraiser's parcel number. One of our experienced land surveyors will then provide you with a proposal detailing our fee, survey scope, timeframe and deliverables.
